I have been guiding teenagers and adults alike in the way they go about getting a job in McDonalds for the better part of eight years. I must say that technology is a beautiful thing. If you are reading this, then that is my case in point as you are searching the Internet. But, I will argue that the good old traditional way is the best. You have to understand that yes there are consumptions like fuel and time, that make the trek on foot a harder decision to take. After all we have become a society that feels like everything should be at our finger tips, and to some degree I agree. These are easy to obtain and give any application immense value, all of you teens should take note, as this will help teens get hired. Where could you solicit such letters of recommendation? You could solicit them from former teachers, and or previous employers. These letters would point out quality values that you have demonstrated in either school or another place of employment. Character qualities and work qualities go a long way, when an employer is deciding on a position to hand someone needing work. If you have settled on the McDonalds application online, then in my opinion you have made a sound decision, and your opportunities are about to increase drastically!

This place of employment will teach you many things, and if you are a first time employee, then this job will be just enough of a fast paced employment opportunity that will get you over the hump very, very quickly.
