3) Lowe’s: All part-time employees here have access to a limited benefit health plan program, plus life, vision, dental, and disability, as well as a 401(k). They also earn 40 hours of vacation after just 180 days of service, pretty good benefits.

4) JC Penney’s: This one is unique in that anyone working fewer than 35 hours per week is eligible for their Additional Benefits Choices program, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage plus life insurance and critical illness/accident coverage. Most companies will not even entertain a program like this. But leave it to the big dogs of American business to come shining through!

So you now have some information to go out with a game plan and find a part-time job in an adequate amount of time. Having a plan for finding employment quick, should be your priority.

Whether you are in NY or California, Florida or Nebraska and you are searching for a part-time job or full time job, the basics are always the basics.  You first of all have to identify who is hiring now and then of course you then search all job listings of the company that you are searching for employment with.  That may very well be the McDonalds job, or the Burger King job, or a host of other fast food companies that begin the hiring spree for the typical Summer jobs.

Typically many of these jobs do not require a resume, but the more information you have the more professional you portray yourself to your prospective employer, something to consider. So the company that you are applying to does not require you to speak to human resources or filling out an online application, that only means that process just became a whole bunch shorter. Most of the time there is no pre-screening and the application is a very quick process.  Most fast hiring jobs are, and most of the typical fast food jobs are as well. Meeting the job requirements are simple and something that most teenagers will not have an issue with.

Don’t stress over the job and what it entails.  Most of the time you will hear plenty of duties and responsibilities but do not let that stress you. Having a job-search game plan, is important and believe it or not, it can relieve some of the stress that you are feeling. When do they offer more raises?  Some of these companies offer raises in intervals of every three months or four months of based on the performance of the employee.  Additionally, even if you have applied with several other companies in the past three months, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t prepare for the next application that you fill out.  Do not rest on your laurels, and take the time and interest to prepare for each and every job like it is the one you are going to land. Knowing about the company and about the position will most certainly help reduce the stress.

Probably the ultimate fast hiring job is the McDonalds job.  The McDonalds application online is the fastest way to make this job a reality for most teenagers everywhere.  With the recent news in April that they were going to hire an additional 350,000 employees to these jobs was met with an incredible reception as lines everywhere were formed to fill out these applications in person as well with the online application form.You probably haven’t noticed many more of these Golden Arches going up around the country or in your town, as the fast-food king has hit a saturation point here in the U.S. But McDonald’s has managed to stay dynamic through both its job hiring and store grand openings. So you need a fast hiring job to pave your way to a career. Well It certainly pays to be smart when choosing where to apply for a job.  After all your career is on the line. With the job market particularly slow right now, one niche for work that is on the rise is the service sector. The time to search for employment is now, and this is the place.

I must say that I have been seeing for some time now that the job market is improving, however slowly, but nonetheless improving. With the recession finding its way to the end of the line, anyone who is out of work and eagerly looks to be employed is on the lookout for more job opportunities.

But where exactly are these fast hiring jobs? Which of these jobs offer decent competitive wages, and the type of quality of life that can make us want to work them. Well the reality is that if you need to work, then perhaps you are not asking all of those questions, and maybe you are just asking, when do I start?

Some of today’s fast hiring jobs are jobs that put smiles on kids faces.  You guessed it the fast food service industry is where teenagers everywhere can get part-time and full time jobs quickly.  I know that there are people everywhere searching for some type of employment and that is why I have taken on the challenge to educate and point in the right direction as many people as possible. Now on to exactly what type of jobs are the fast hiring jobs.  Well, if you are a teenager and you need employment fast look no other company than McDonads.  The McDonalds application is hands down the quickest application to fill out and get results with.  As a job counselor to students, this is one direction I push them in the most.  Why you may ask?  Well I will tell you why.  This is just the right company for green students, and by green I mean, students and teenagers that have never had a job or any kind of employment experience before, to actually work for a company that is patient and willing to bring the best out of its employees.

How do they do this?  Well they have incentive raises that keep people in general teenagers or not interested in working hard, and learning and in the result they give them incentive raises, depending on the store at a rate of every three months or so.  Additionally, some of the finest McDonalds restaurants managers that lead the helm of the stores that each and everyone of us visit, where once part-time, full time employees on the ground floor just like you will be if you apply and get a McDonalds job.  This is the main reason I even recommend the jobs at McDonalds.
